This workshop, based on the ABC Need-To-Know Criteria, provides students with a review of the processes needed to help ensure that operators have the knowledge to adequately operate, maintain and manage the public water system. Attendees will review topics relevant to Water Distribution Manager level I and II Operator Certification Exam. During the course, students will practice answering mock exam questions, referenced to all categories of the ABC Need-To-Know criteria.
