WOW 2026: March 24-26, 2026
The Annual Washington Operator Workshop (WOW) is a three-day conference in the Pacific Northwest, designed by operators for operators. Attendees can choose from water, wastewater, or combination-class workshops*, explore the latest industry offerings in the vendor hall, and connect with fellow operators throughout the event.
Customize your workshop schedule and earn 0.1 CEU per hour of training, up to a maximum of 1.8 CEU - all for the registration fee of $450 (until March 6th).
CONFERENCE HOURS/SCHEDULE
- Tuesday March 24, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- 8:30 AM - 11:45 AM, Morning Intensive Workshops (select from two class options; each is three-hours long)
- 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Conference Workshops & Reception with Exhibitors
- Wednesday March 25, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Conference Workshops
- Thursday March 26, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Conference Workshops
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- “Design Your Own Schedule” for up to 1.8 CEU
- Access to Vendor Hall
- Raffle Tickets for Door Prizes
- Access to Event Mobi App (phone app with conference details, schedule, etc)
- Refreshments:
- Daily morning coffee
- Afternoon snack break
- Light Continental Breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday
- There is NO breakfast option on Day 1 (Tuesday). Eat before you come!
- Tuesday Evening “Heavy Appetizers” reception in Vendor Hall
- Tuesday & Wednesday lunch
*Combo workshops earn CEU for both DOH and DOE.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
When registering for the conference, select the section below that has the Morning Intensive Workshop you want to attend. (There is also a "No Morning Intensive" option in case you prefer to drive in that morning and join us at 1:00 pm when the regular workshops start.) Admittance into the morning intensive workshops will be verified at the door and due to space restrictions, you may only attend the intensive you are signed up for.
