Basic Access - Targeted Needs Training  

What is a database? More importantly, how can they make your life easier? This course addresses the design and maintenance of a database system including writing of data queries, data redundancy and validation, sorting, reporting, and database programming. In the course, you will not only design, create and manipulate several databases but will also write database programs. Intermediate and Advanced Access courses available upon request.

4 hour course

Learning Outcomes:

- Understand intermediate level database application design
- Demonstrate how to customize forms with controls, properties, and expressions
- Show how to manipulate database data to produce reports
