How to Buy a Parking Permit   

You need a 2026-2027 Osher parking permit for Fall 2026, IF:
   1. You have classes at the School of Education
                             AND/OR
   2. You intend to use your state-issued Handicapped/ADA placard or license plate to park anywhere on campus

   3. The 2026-27 Osher parking permit is valid through August 2027. The cost is $17

   4. Parking permits are non-refundable and cannot be mailed


How to Buy an Osher 2026-27 Parking Permit

– You may buy an Osher parking permit during early registration or wait until later
  In either case, Osher parking permits are not available for sale or pickup between August 25 (close of early registration) and September 10
– The earliest day to pick up or buy your 2026-27 parking permit is Friday, September 11

– Early registrants will receive details on when and where to pick up their permits (starting 9/11) when official course schedules are emailed
– See below for details about when and where to buy and pick up permits purchased after early registration


At the request of Parking Services, Osher permits will not be available until this date.

 To Buy a Parking Permit During Early Registration (for pickup starting 9/11)
      1. Go to LearnAtOsher.wm.edu
      2. Sign in with your username and password.
      3. Search for ‘Parking’ and click 'Add to Cart'
      4. Click ‘Check Out’ and follow the prompts to complete the permit application and pay.
      5. Permits purchased during early registration will be held by the Osher staff for pickup starting on September 11, i.e., your permit will not be at the Parking Services desk. Details will follow.
     
To Buy a Parking Permit After Early Registration (for sale starting 9/11)  
     1. Don’t make a wasted trip to Parking Services. Osher parking permits are not available through the Parking Services Department prior to September 11
     2.  Download and complete the 2026-27 parking permit application
     3. Take your completed form and $17 fee (by credit card, check or cash) to the Parking Services Department (but not before 9/11)
     4. Parking Services is located in Campus Center, 104 Jamestown Road. Park in Hunt Circle (off of Grigsby) in a visitor space (if available)
     5. Permit will be issued on the spot. BUT NOT BEFORE SEPTEMBER 11
