Lean Six Sigma combines Lean's focus on the identification and elimination of work that does not add customer value, and Six Sigma's DMAIC problem-solving approach to increase productivity.
Lean Six Sigma is a velocity-driven approach that uses employee creativity rather than capital for dramatic improvements within days. It is well-suited to organizations looking to reduce lead time, improve on-time delivery, and remove capacity constraints on growth.
This training will prepare management and company leaders not only to problem solve, but to lead their teams using a continuous improvement mindset. Trainees will walk away with plans for process improvement and the skills to effectively implement these initiatives.
