Tai Chi - Carson City  

Explore the ancient Chinese martial art known as "meditation in motion." Learn to exercise using calm, slow motions with the aim of promoting health and longevity. Tai Chi training involves learning solo routines, known as forms. Tai Chi's health training concentrates on relieving the physical effects of stress on the body and mind. The class will be held at the First United Methodist Church on the corner of Division and Musser. Class will not meet the week of Thanksgiving.
