Spudding Chefs   

Calling all "spudding" chefs! Dig into America's favorite vegetable in this hands-on cooking camp that spans four days. Together, we'll make several potato recipes using a variety of techniques, including baked, poached, pan-fried, and deep-fried. We'll have fun creating potato gnocchi, scalloped potatoes, potato breads, poutine, and French fries, while also covering complementary sauces, best freeze methods, and ready-to-use potato meals and sides for later.
