Fresh Spring Rolls

Join Chef Robin for this hands-on class exploring the many takes of summer rolls – including bò bía & Goi cuốn from Vietnam and Tai-style pa pia sod! You will learn the deft technique of reconstituting rice wrappers, stuff them with delicious ingredients, and enjoy them with two classic sauces: nước chấm and peanut sauce. We will cover what ingredients work best, how to cut them, and what tricks will keep them ready for company even when made ahead of time. Recipes are provided – and you won’t leave hungry!
