Kabbalist Meditation NEW!

Join in practicing various styles of kabbalist meditation techniques for connecting one with - depending on one's beliefs - the Universal Consciousness, the Divine Consciousness, or the Consciousness of the Universe. Spin like a whirling dervish while connecting the "above" with the "below". Contemplate the Big Bang or the Kabbalistic Divine Emanations through which our Universe was created. Chant permutations of Divine Names as a practice of focus and mind expansion. Through these methods and many more, each week we will explore a practice together and discuss the experience. Taught by a Jewish Kabbalist, this class is designed to be suitable for those of any religion or no religion - whether Jewish, Christian, Pagan, or none of the above, each person will find different useful threads within these practices.
