Botanist, Gardener, Herbalist, Chef

Come explore summer herbs through four unique lenses! Each week, we will examine 2-3 amazing plants through the perspectives of a botanist, a gardener, an herbalist, and a chef. Together, we'll learn how to identify each plant, how to grow them successfully in gardens of any size, and how to explore their culinary and medicinal properties. We will grow our knowledge not just through lectures, fun stories, and tips for integrating them into daily life - we'll also get to touch, smell, and even taste each ingredient. Unique recipes will also be provided so that students can deepen their personal connection to the material at home.
