    Kids College Refund Policy:
    Full refunds will be issued only if you notify the Continuing & Community Education office of your intention to drop by June 16. After that date, partial refunds (40%) will be issued if the office is notified by June 18. No refunds after June 18.

    At Kids College, we provide a dynamic and enriching summer camp experience! Our mission is to inspire a love for learning, foster creativity, and cultivate a sense of curiosity that will last a lifetime. We believe that every child deserves an opportunity to explore the exciting world of higher education in a fun and supportive environment. 


    Classes will be held Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. (Lunch and snacks will be provided.) On the first day, students will be sorted into groups; order of classes will vary by group.

    The Makers and Creators program consists of the following four classes:


    Baking Basics 

    This hands-on baking class will teach the essentials of baking several tasty treats. Students will learn the fundamentals in class, then receive recipes that they can take home and make for their families. Muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes, and pizzas: all these will be baked with love!

    Inside Out: Adventures in Health & Anatomy

    This dynamic, hands-on curriculum inspired by real college-level instruction introduces students to foundational concepts in health sciences. Using authentic medical equipment and engaging lab activities, students will explore the fascinating world of healthcare, anatomy, and wellness practices, providing an unforgettable glimpse into the work of health professionals!

    Drummin' Up Rhythms

    Find your groove in this hands-on drumming experience! Using tubano drums and handheld percussion instruments, we'll explore the energizing rhythms of world music. Through fun games and activities we'll build teamwork and creativity, find our flow, and have a blast creating amazing beats!

    Welding Wizards

    There’s no better time to gain foundational skills in welding! Led by a professional welder, this course offers instruction emphasizing safety, basic welding techniques, and creative application. Students will learn how to safely operate welding equipment and construct simple metal objects - so by the end, you'll have a few self-made souvenirs to take home!

    Location: Professional Technical Bldg. J 343-Welding Lab 


    Please drop off your child between 8:00-8:30am each day at the Dietrich Dome. Pickup is at the Dietrich Dome at 4:15pm.
