Whether you're making end-of-life preparations or simply getting ready to move from one home to another, paring back your possessions is usually no less daunting than it is necessary. In this class, we will learn how to set up a transition plan; sort your possessions and declutter effectively; determine which items should be donated, sold, or discarded; handle the moving process; and more. By the end, you'll have put together a specific and personal transition plan that will suit your needs - so when it's time for your next big move, you'll be prepared!

In this four-week class, we will knit the Inclinations Cowl. While this pattern, designed by Andrea Mowry, may seem at first glance to consist of a brioche stitch, it in fact uses a much simpler technique: the half-fisherman's rib! In addition to learning this stitch, students will also practice a variety of increase and decrease stitches, simple knitting and purling, and an i-cord bind off. By the end, you'll have knitted a fingering-weight cowl that's marvelously squishy and cozy! This class is suitable for anyone of advanced beginner level and up - knowing how to "read" your stitches and tink back to fix errors will be very helpful.
