This class will introduce students to the ancient Science of 'Life' or 'Longevity', and how it continues to be profoundly applicable to modern times. Class will include History, 5 element theory, Doshas, Prakriti (individual constitution) and Vrikriti (imbalances). Students will learn how this applies to the seasons, our everyday lifestyle habits, our diet and routines, and they will learn practical useful tools to balance and optimize their health and well-being.
