Our relationship with nature helps to ground and calm us, as well as puts us in touch with nature’s rhythms and seasons, and the interconnected-ness of the web of life. In this class, students will have the opportunity to learn about meditation, journaling, movement, deep listening, as well as simple but inspiring creative projects to do in whatever natural space you have right there outside your own home, allowing the opportunity to enhance and heal the human bond with the natural world! We will have time each class for sharing and discussion of ideas, project/exercise introduction and instruction, questions, and deep listening. Then, you take the practices and exercises outside and see for yourself!
