Meditation and Relaxation    NEW!

Experience Deeper Relaxation, Positive Living, Greater Inner Joy, Deeper Inner Peace and Stronger Inner Awareness. Learn tools to quiet the mind chatter, calm the emotions and proper breathing techniques. Become more aware of your inner sanctuary. Strengthen the inner core for greater joy, inner peace, love, and well-being. We will do a 15-minute mind, body, emotion silence relaxation.
