Using wax-based or water-soluble colored pencils, this course will be a collection of head studies and full body compositions of the following birds of Arizona: Cardinal, Hummingbird, and Quail. Photo reference for all the birds will be supplied by the instructor. This class is open to all levels. Students will be introduced to the Trace and Transfer Drawing Method. The instructor will Illustrate each exercise and will walk the class through the drawing process of each bird. This a fun noncredit class. Suggested supply list available or bring your own art supplies to class.
