Kung-Fu San Soo is a self-defense technique. Based on a combination of punches, kicks, strikes and blocks done in perfect rhythm and directed at vital parts of the human body, it becomes an effective way for one to defend themselves. The techniques can be changed instantly to fit any situation and don’t follow any set pattern. This allows for any body type; male or female, young or old, fit or not, physically impaired, or not; to learn what is possible for them in any situation. The student will build confidence, gain self-esteem, and reduce fear.
