GED Prep Class Orientation - Prescott Valley Campus  

Thinking about job training or college? Develop the academic skills to pass the GED test, prepare for college, and meet your future goals. Four-day orientation is mandatory. Please call 776-2320.

GED Prep is a FREE course which includes

  • Pre-assessments and GED practice tests
  • Instruction covering all GED subjects
  • College and career readiness skills
  • Overview of YC programs, entrance requirements, and financial aid options

This course covers the

Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Civics, and Science

portions of the GED test.

The Orientation meets over 4 days, from Tuesday, August 7th to Thursday, August 16th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM for testing and placement.

Day 1 of Orientation is a 1.5 hour, no-obligation, public information session that offers general information about The GED Test and the YC GED/College Prep Programs. Students who decide to attend class will return the following session to begin testing.

Following Orientation, classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 8:00 PM until December 6th.
