This exciting class will capture all the information and benefits of the 24 Form (see description) as you learn this Yang Style Form. Previous Tai Chi experience of ANY style Tai Chi is recommended (at least four classroom hours) … but not required. The class emphasis/focus will be on health and wellness and “cultivating your inner chi”. We will emulate our “virtual mentor”, Grand Master Kai Ying Tung’s (Tung Family Tai Chi) approach as you assimilate the major Tai Chi principles.
