Tai Chi Chih is a simple practice which can bring benefits into your life, including increased energy, improved balance, vitality, longevity, better circulation, improved health, weight loss, and awareness.

Regular practice promotes well-being, relaxation, and serenity in the midst of activity, while nurturing a deep sense of you and contentment in the present moment.

Often referred to as Joy through Movement and/or Moving Meditation, Tai Chi Chih is a practice that can be done anywhere, anytime, at any age. It requires no special place, equipment, or clothing. It is a practice of least effort, yet provides a subtle, effective workout.
