Arizona History Lecture Series   

This series of lectures explores a number of unique facets from Arizona's history in a six-part format. While the focus will be on Arizona History, topics also include anthropology, biography, geography, and politics. The order of classes is: 1) Ancestral Arizona: How It Was and Who Was Here, Way Before Now. 2) Indians of Arizona: The Nations within the State. 3) The Champagne Line: The Controversial Delineation of Arizona's Southern Boundary. 4) Becoming Arizona: How Arizona Became a Political Entity. 5) Arizona's First Capital: The Creation of Prescott. 6) Political Subdivisions: The Evolution of Arizona's Counties.
