Yoga: Gentle Yoga for Neck, Shoulders & Back  

Learn and practice simple and gentle yoga stretches to alleviate neck, shoulder and back pain. A common reason for pain is weakness and stiffness of muscles around the joints. The gentle stretching exercises with proper breathing techniques help strengthen the muscles, and improve flexibility and mobility. These gentle techniques help calm the mind and improve sleep. Gentle Yoga is designed for all levels and will include pranayama, asana, and savasana proper breathing techniques. Bring yoga mat and water.
