Tao Kung   NEW!

Tao Kung is a modern Indonesian health practice based on ancient Chinese Chi Gung movements, derived from Silat, a martial art form. Like Tai Chi, Tao Kung is a series of movements that benefit circulation, respiration, toning and mindfulness. Tao Kung’s symbol is the white crane due to the bird’s power and grace. No experience necessary. Movements can be modified for balance issues and chair bound. Wear white, comfortable clothing.
