Japanese Cuisine for Kids (Ages 10-17)   NEW!

Come learn the art of Japanese cooking! You will study how to make Japanese gyoza (dumplings), tsukemono (pickles), miso soup (bean curd soup), onigiri (Japanese rice balls), okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes), and maki sushi (rolled sushi). We will develop Asian cooking skills and enjoy eating together! All supplies included in tuition.
