Chair Yoga: Stretch & Strength  

This class will work the whole body to improve circulation, overall health and well-being. We will include many powerful/traditional standing and seated postures to focus and calm the mind, build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress. We will unify breath with movement to create awareness in both mind and body. Improve your energy level, confidence, reduce the common pains of age-related changes, and simply feel better. Come experience Mary Jo’s invigorating classes, plus, have lots of fun! A chair will be used to support the standing and seated movements/postures. Modifications will be given to meet the needs of all students.
