Deep inside each of us is a desire to know the truth. To have answers to life's big questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose? This class will help shed light on these questions through the exploration of various spiritual topics. Each week a different topic will be presented with exercises and class discussion giving students an opportunity to expand their knowledge. Topics include: How to stay sane in an insane world through spiritual practice, the interconnected'ness of all things, forgiveness, compassion and healing, impermanence, aging, death and dying in a death phobic society, metaphysical practices and Native American traditional spirituality.
