Nowadays, there are lots of conflicts in the world, especially between the East and the West. One reason we might not understand one another is because we seldom converse with each other. It’s true there are lots of differences in cultures, faith, cuisine, weather, landscapes, languages and manners of living. There are also many similarities. The purpose of this class is to lift up, discuss and share our life experiences of such cross-cultural ventures, both the happiness and pain, of crossing or not crossing boundaries.
