Travel around the world with Chef Gebauer and learn how to make appetizers and desserts from these regions: Mediterranean - Middle East – Asia – South America – Europe. In this hands-on cooking workshop, students will sample all dishes together and chef Gebauer will share some trivia related to them. Students will also learn sanitation and knife safety! All tools, ingredients and recipes provided. Optional book: “My Culinary Academy,” for $20 is payable to the instructor.
