In this hands-on cooking workshop, students will learn essential fundamentals about fresh cheese making with store bought products and how to execute successfully at home. Students will make Mozzarella, Ricotta and Queso Freso. Be introduced to Savory and Sweet application and learn sanitation and knife safety! All tools, ingredients and recipes provided. Optional book: “My Culinary Academy,” for $20 is payable to the instructor.
