Learn how to tackle the holiday stress early and prepare for a successful Thanksgiving feast! Class attendees will fabricate innovative appetizers and learn to make giblet gravy and relish. We will discuss potential challenges and pitfalls while executing and preparing unique side dishes for the feast. Students will also learn sanitation and knife safety! All tools, ingredients and recipes provided. Optional book: “My Culinary Academy,” for $20, payable to the instructor.
