Continue your study of Aikido, moving more easily, aligned and balanced, in this gentle, 'no fall' class. Enjoy the framework of traditional etiquette, breathing and warm-ups, settling you into the mindful awareness that is also martial awareness. Expand your understanding of movement exercises and explore a basic set of partner techniques, communicating partner to partner to create a smooth interaction. Prerequisite: Aikido: Introduction to Principles & Practice I or permission of the instructor.
