Exercise should be fun! Set to your favorite music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, this class has a routine that uses every muscle in your body. Offering an eclectic blend of aerobics, light weight lifting and stretching, this class focuses on improving breathing, balance, flexibility and strength training. This is a brand new class suitable for all ages and fitness levels that can be done in a chair or on your feet, but either way the music is guaranteed to get your feet movin'! All equipment provided by instructor. Please wear closed-toe, flat shoes.
