    If you love to bake or want to learn how to make bakery-worthy products, this is the class for you! Students will be making a wide variety of baked goods including: quick breads, yeast breads, macarons, cream puffs, and decorated cupcakes.  No experience necessary. Students will learn techniques for using weights and measures as well as food safety and sanitation practices. In addition to sampling finished products in class, students will have the opportunity to bring baked good home with them.

    Come along on this hands-on culinary journey as we cook our way around the World! No passports are needed! Each day we will explore the culture and foods of a different country and then students will embark on the preparation of delicious recipes from each region. In addition to creating appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, and desserts, students will also learn and practice food safety and sanitation, knife skills, and basic cooking techniques. Students will enjoy each day's menu with a family-style lunch!

    Think and eat green and create tasty comfort foods at the same time! You will create an array of main dishes, plus appetizers and desserts - all featuring raw foods. Prepare, cook, learn kitchen safety, clean-up, and most importantly, eat each day! Includes keepsake recipe book.
