Do you feel short of breath? Do you have anxiety or trouble sleeping? Learn basic breathwork & meditation techniques combined with very light body movement; that will teach you quick and effective ways to manage stress and anxiety, reduce symptoms of depression, improve concentration, help with your oxygen intake, blood pressure, and mental health. Physical comfort is important for this class. Sitting on the floor is not required, however bring a mat if you choose to. Please do not wear perfume/cologne. Do wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Students should bring yoga mats.

Bootcamp Fitness Is Back - 6 weeks, 3 Times a Week
This popular bootcamp-style class is instructor-led and designed for all fitness levels. Exercises will be illustrated at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of difficulty. You will be encouraged to work at a level of intensity appropriate for you. The course integrates multiple workout disciplines, a large variety of movements, music, challenges and games to make it interesting every day. Each hour-long class will include a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
You will increase strength and cardio capacity and improve agility and flexibility. Instructor priorities are to keep you safe, inspire you to work hard, and ensure you have fun. The instructor is known for her enthusiasm and ability to motivate you every day, all in a supportive way. Have the most fun you have ever had while getting into excellent shape.
Students should bring yoga mats.

Nia is a class, practice and lifestyle that blends movement, mindfulness, connection and joy to provide a whole-body/whole-being experience that activates, transforms and liberates body, mind and spirit. Integrating ancient wisdom and modern science with elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts, Nia offers physical, mental and emotional conditioning, healing and transformation that is accessible and attainable for every body. Students should wear anything that allows them to move comfortably. Nia is usually practiced in bare feet, but students can wear soft-soled shoes if they feel more comfortable wearing shoes.
