Through dance, music, visual art, writing, and nature experiences, participants will engage with intertwining modes of expression. Guided by the rhythms of movement, we will experiment with the arts as a bridge between self and world. Each session will encourage playfulness, improvisation, and deep listening. By embracing multiple ways of knowing, participants will collaborate with their creative voices, and learn how to express their unique perspectives in new and unexpected ways. No prior experience in any art form is necessary—just a willingness to explore, move, and create!
