Instructor Led Supervisory Skills Training   

Students learn the roles, expectations and responsibilities of a Supervisor/Manager, effective communication, maintaining effective workplace relationships, strengthening leadership skills and approach, impacting performance, coaching and motivating for improved performance, managing and leading work teams, managing workplace conflict, leading change, time management and delegation, problem solving and decision making, creating and maintaining an ethical workplace.

In this course, participants will gain an understanding of their self through exploring thinking and behavioral preferences, identify natural strengths and potential blind spots, and relate these to leadership effectiveness.  They will Identify areas for improvement and set developmental goals, establish a personal ‘leadership vision’ and identify the natural thinking approach in the change and innovation process.
