Teams produce more than the sum of the individuals by providing for increased morale, greater cohesion, and the ability to overcome significant challenges. Leaders can move their teams to become functional and thus, more productive. This course will focus on practical steps to developing teamwork using realistic exercises in both the classroom and work place setting. Participants will learn to recognize characteristics and the benefits of an effective team as well as the five primary dysfunctions of a team and how to overcome them.
Course meets in Missoula. Course is non-credit.
