Post-Pandemic Wellness--How to Flourish Moving Forward   

2020 was a challenging year for many of us. And, 2021 is proving to have many challenges to our wellness as well. This class will look at some specific strategies that can help us bounce back from a once-in-a-century event that has tested our resilience and mental and emotional health. The strategies and research being taught in this class come from the many different fields of psychology, mainly positive psychology, that are scientifically-backed to help our well-being and mental health. Individuals are welcome to take this class, but the topics covered can also help couples and families navigate their wellness together.
