Recovery and Divorce Support    NEW!

In this section we will explore what recovery looks like.  This is a process that many people skip over and sometimes move on too quickly before they properly grieve the loss of their marriage and heal themselves.  It is different for everyone but it is an important part of recovery.  You have lost part of your identity and now you must learn to live without your spouse and do things by and for yourself again. You may be going back to work after a significant amount of time not working, and possibly even dating again.  You will learn how to apply self-care, reclaim your identity, and prepare for a life outside of marriage.  You will gather with others going through this process, whether it is pre-decree or post-decree, to learn from each other and share ideas and techniques that have worked to navigate post-decree issues and life which may include job hunting, home repair and even navigating dating apps!  It is about making connections, sharing stories, and adding to your circle of support. The goal of this course is to provide you with the support, information, and empowerment you need to reclaim your life and maybe make a friend or two in the process!  You don’t have to do this alone.
