- ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course + Exam

The ServSafe® Manager course prepares individuals for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification exam. The course emphasizes practical skills and current food safety regulations, including the 2022 FDA Food Code changes. It includes a practice exam to aid preparation for the proctored exam. The in-person, interactive, one-day course will be a total of 8 hours in length, including 6 hours of comprehensive review and 2 hours of proctored exam time. The 2024 Colorado Food Code now requires all retail food service establishments outside of Denver county to have at least one person in a supervisory role certified in an approved food safety curriculum. The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification meets this requirement.
