- ServSafe® Manager Certification Class

This comprehensive review course is designed for food service managers and supervisory staff seeking ServSafe® Manager Certification. The class covers essential food safety principles including time and temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to protect public health and maintain a safe food environment. The course includes 6 hours of review of the 9th edition ServSafe® Manager textbook, diagnostic test, review activities, and a practice test to prepare for the certification exam. An official (2 hour) proctored exam is administered at the end of the class.

This course is intended for entry-level food service employees and anyone needing a basic understanding of safe food handling practices. It prepares participants for the ServSafe® Food Handler Certification by covering key topics such as proper handwashing, preventing cross-contamination, safe cooking temperatures, and maintaining a clean work environment. The class focuses on practical knowledge employees can immediately apply on the job. A proctored certification exam is included at the conclusion of the training.
