Since 1997, Baylor University, Extended Learning has proudly partnered with the Institute of Reading Development, a nationwide leader in reading instruction, to help students build the reading skills they need to succeed plus a lifelong love of books.
Baylor University collaborates with the Institute of Reading Development, a nationwide leader in reading skills enhancement, to bring you in-person and online reading instruction. These specialized courses are built for Pre-K and K-12 students, as well as college freshmen. Coursework is designed specifically by grade level to help students master reading skills, including reading comprehension and reading speed, to build confidence in their ability and enable them to excel in other academic areas.
