Fundamental Fitness    NEW!

This class will put the fun into FUNdamental fitness! Learn how to use a variety of strength equipment and circuits as you burn calories, decrease body fat, and stimulate your muscles. Enjoy the same benefits of having a personal trainer in a group exercise setting as you feel the pounds melt away. Each class will end with 15 minutes of stretching.
