Mat Pilates
The Pilates Method is based on the guiding principles of the work of Joseph Pilates: control, centering, concentration, breath, precision and flow. It creates a strong core and builds long lean muscles without bulk and improves posture, balance, flexibility and coordination. The exercises are performed on mats on the floor; additional props are sometimes utilized but the emphasis is to work the body with itself. No experience necessary.
