|Finding Your Light
At your core, you are Light, and you tap into it from time to time whether you are aware of it or not. You tap into it when you feel you are your “best-self." Yet, in these unprecedented times, many of us are focused on uncertainty and we are vulnerable to worry and anxiety. Imagine what it would it be like to be able to access your Light, your "best-self," anytime, anywhere. Imagine standing in a place of certainty when making decisions. Imagine moving through
your day being proactive and centered, operating from a place of strength rather than being reactive and operating from a place of fear. Imagine being calmer yet more productive, and happier with more joy-filled moments.
In this class, you will learn about your Light and why it’s hard to see and feel it. Most importantly, you will learn how to access it and bring it forth consciously under any circumstances – in your personal and professional life. You will learn to be who you want to be at any time and any place. This session will include two visualization exercises. Please find a quiet place to attend the session.
