This class utilizes functional strength training combined with high intensity (HIIT) cardio moves to lift your metabolism and build lean muscle. We focus on moves that help us function in everyday life— squats, lunges, deadlifts and planks. We will integrate weight training with dumbbells along with our own bodyweight to build lean muscle. There will be intervals of cardio moves to burn fat and lift your metabolism. All moves will be joint friendly and have options to adjust to your fitness level. We will finish with a focus on core, especially the glutes and abdominals, so you will end feeling strong and invigorated.
