|FitWalk to Wellness
Fitwalk is a unique wellness program with a combination of mindfulness, fitness and nature. Fitwalk promotes physical and mental wellbeing using up-to-date fitness programming. We incorporate interval training, strength training and flexibility. Our Fitwalk to Wellness program is designed to build connection, self-awareness, muscle strength and overall general wellbeing. We build community through six weeks, and each class has mindfulness challenges incorporated into each workout. Each workout is unique, with walking as its foundation, and is suitable for most fitness levels. We incorporate team building fitness exercises and individual fitness assessments.
