Where walking meets strength, balance, and well-being!
FitWalk is a unique, outdoor fitness class that combines brisk walking with light strength training to boost energy, build muscle, and improve balance—all in the fresh air of nature. Using light hand weights (2–5 lbs, based on your fitness level), you’ll move through functional strength intervals designed to support better bones, joint health, and a strong core. Each session hits all the major muscle groups and includes training for stability, coordination, and posture. No two classes are exactly the same—but every FitWalk focuses on total-body wellness, community, and motivation. Along the way, you'll also build mindfulness and mental clarity, helping you feel stronger inside and out. All levels are welcome.

You’ve seen it on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – people doing synchronized stomping movements and intricate footwork in the middle of driveways and public spaces. What are they doing? They are shuffling, and you could do it, too! This course combines both Melbourne and Cutting Shapes styles. You will learn the running man, t-steps, scissors, crisscross, happy feet, Indian step, and Charleston, along with many variations of these moves. Learning these steps will establish a foundation to freestyle and learn choreography. Expect an incredible workout, some fun combos, and a safe space for creative expression. This class is designed for all levels, including beginners. Modifications can be made as needed.
