Light, airy, and puffy like clouds, meringue is an easy way to add elegance to your homemade desserts. And it’s gluten-free, so you can indulge without the guilt!
Join Angela to learn the secrets to the perfect meringue and open up a world of fun pastry creations. Angela will show you how to magically transform simple ingredients into a fluffy and delicate meringue. Then she’ll turn the meringue into an ethereal Pavlova (swirled meringue that is crisp on the outside with a soft marshmallow center, topped with whipped cream, fresh fruit or other toppings), layered meringue cakes, crunchy amaretti cookies, and more!
Please be sure to register by the day before the class at the latest. You will receive an invitation email with a link to join the Zoom meeting. Click here for a tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting.

Chocolates for Valentine’s day. This cliche is a delicious excuse for making your own chocolate treats. In this class for singles, sweethearts or families, you’ll first learn tips to tempering chocolate. We will make a variety of chocolate treats, including a homemade classed-up take on a peanut butter cup. You’ll also get scrappy, dipping dried fruit into melted chocolate and whipping up creative variations of chocolate bark with random ingredients you probably already have.
Menu will include: Almond Cookie Butter and Jam Cups in a Dark Chocolate Shell; Sweet, Salty and Tangy Chocolate Bark; and Chocolate Kissed Dried Fruit.
This class is suitable families as well as adults, so everyone can join the fun!
You will receive recipes and quantities after registration. There is very minimal prep required for this class.
