 Do you ever just want to get up and dance when you see the big dance sequences in Bollywood movies? Join us to explore Bollywood dance which is a mixture of various dance forms from traditional Indian dance to modern contemporary dance styles. This high-energy class combines hip hop, Bhangra, jazz, and Indian folk dances with expressions to narrate a story or emotion or to simply create a piece to have fun with foot-tapping music. We will work on rhythm, alignments, moves, and expressions, all the while building confidence and, most importantly, having fun.

 Discover the joy of belly dance and connect to your feminine energy while you shimmy to the beat of the drums of the East. Each class will give you a complete workout, incorporating a thorough warm-up, basic hip and abdominal isolation, dance techniques, travel steps, and a short dance sequence. This dance celebrates the unique female form. All shapes and sizes are welcome.
