**Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for a free class during our Open House, you may only register for a class with an instructor you have not taken before.** REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Discover the joy of belly dance and connect to your feminine energy while you shimmy to the beat of the drums of the East. Each class will give you a complete workout, incorporating a thorough warm-up, basic hip and abdominal isolation, dance techniques, travel steps, and a short dance sequence. This dance celebrates the unique female form. All shapes and sizes are welcome. This class is designed for both beginner and experienced belly dancers.

We are offering the following sessions of Belly Dance for Fun and Fitness: All Levels this fall:

• Wednesdays, 9/16 - 10/21, at 7:00  pm.
• Wednesdays, 10/28 - 12/16 (No class 11/11, 11/25), at 7:00 pm.

Looking for a social, fun, and musical alternative to traditional cardio? Shuffling is your answer! You've seen it on social media, and now you have the opportunity to learn it for yourself in person, step by step, at your own pace. This course covers the fundamentals of shuffling, teaching moves like the Running Man, Charleston, T-step, and many moves without names. These steps will provide a solid foundation while giving you an incredible workout set to upbeat music.

Expect a fun, no-judgment zone where the ultimate goal is to exercise, meet new people, and enjoy creative expression—even if you don't get every move perfectly right away. This class is designed for complete beginners, as well as those who know a few moves and want to challenge themselves. Modifications can be made as needed.

We are offering Shuffle Dance Basics this fall on Wednesdays, 9/28 - 11/2 (No class: 10/12), at 6:00  pm.

The hottest social dance, Salsa "on 2" NY Style. This course focuses on timing, footwork, partnering, and doing those turns the "right" way in a fun, supportive environment. Bachata is a rhythmic Latin dance from the Dominican Republic that is very popular around the world and has evolved into an exciting, interactive, and sensual dance that has been influenced by salsa, tango, and other traditional ballroom dances.

We are offering the following Salsa and Bachata classes this fall:

• Salsa and Bachata: Beginner, on Thursdays, starting 10/8, at 7:00 pm.
• Salsa and Bachata: Beyond Beginner, on Thursdays, starting 10/8, at 6:00 pm.

Our instructors will break down each step in an easy-to-follow way, focusing on rhythm, connection, and lead/follow techniques so you can feel confident on any dance floor. No partner or dance experience required—just bring comfortable shoes and a willingness to move. Whether you're a complete beginner or brushing up your skills, this class offers something for everyone.

Country line dancing is a fun, social style of dance where people perform a repeating sequence of choreographed steps in rows, moving together to music—no partner needed. This class is for the beginner who wants to discover the fun of line dancing. Learn basic steps, such as grapevines, rocks, kickball changes, weaves, coaster steps, as well as line dancing terminology, and beginner dances. Students who have found the beginner class too easy or have taken three consecutive sessions of Beginner should consider registering for the beyond beginner class.

This class is for the line dancer who knows the basics and is ready to take on the next level of dance steps. Students who register for this class should have taken at least one or two line dancing classes and know the fundamentals. For students who found the Beginner class too easy, this is the class for you!
