Light, airy, and puffy like clouds, meringue is an easy way to add elegance to your homemade desserts. And it’s gluten-free, so you can indulge without the guilt!
Join Angela to learn the secrets to the perfect meringue and open up a world of fun pastry creations. Angela will show you how to magically transform simple ingredients into a fluffy and delicate meringue. Then she’ll turn the meringue into an ethereal Pavlova (swirled meringue that is crisp on the outside with a soft marshmallow center, topped with whipped cream, fresh fruit or other toppings), layered meringue cakes, crunchy amaretti cookies, and more!
